Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment or similar setting preferred.
• Ability to read tape measures and follow dimensional requirements per work orders.
• Commitment to safety and PPE protocols in a busy production area.
• Stamina to stand 8+ hours and lift 30–50 lbs as needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow a production schedule to meet deadlines and goals.
• Perform quality checks and identify defects or issues.
• Assemble and package cabinetry components and other table elements.
• Operate hand tools and woodworking machinery for processing wood components.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (5S, Kaizen, One-Piece Flow).
