Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Suring, WI is seeking a Direct Labor I on the 2nd shift to perform various production tasks in a fast-paced wood manufacturing environment.

You will follow the production schedule, apply quality checks, read basic measurements, and support assembly and packaging as required. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, physical stamina to stand long hours, and the ability to use hand tools and woodworking machinery.

Qualifications

• Reading tape measures and calipers; following dimensional work orders.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move, lift 30-50 lbs.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and support the Company's mission, vision, values, and goals.
• Wear proper PPE equipment as required for the area.
• Report to and be ready to work at the scheduled start time on a consistent basis.
• Ensure safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Read basic measurements and follow work orders; 5S/Kaizen participation.
• Follow production schedule to meet deadlines and goals.
• Perform quality checks and report defects.
• Identify cabinet components and wood types and apply to production.
• Complete tasks per work instructions and participate in cross-training.
• Operate floor jacks, scissor lift table, and other machinery as needed.
• Perform basic computer functions for production and inventory needs.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
