You will log daily operations, support lean improvements, and help train teammates in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. The ideal candidate has experience with lathes, mills, Swiss, and grinders, and embraces 5S practices, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Technical capability to follow SOPs and operate CNC/manual machines.
• Troubleshoot routine issues and resolve gaps to standard.
• Understand mechanical systems and use tools safely.
• Communicate with team and supervisors to support workflow.

Responsibilities
