Job summary

Lippert is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician I for a 2nd shift on weekends (Fri-Sun, 5pm–5am). The role involves installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment to meet safety and efficiency goals.

You will document work in CMMS and collaborate across teams to keep downtime low. Prerequisites include 3 years in industrial maintenance, PLC/CMMS/Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

• 3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience.
• PLC’s, CMMS and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to read PLC logic and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment.
• Support installation of new equipment.
• Assist operators to minimize downtime and train as needed.
• Document repairs in CMMS and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain facility systems including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
