Job summary

Lippert is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our weekend shift in Indiana. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment across multiple lines, ensuring minimal downtime and steady output.

The role requires hands-on skills with basic tools, welding or fabrication ability, forklift operation, and a focus on safety and efficiency. Full-time hourly position with strong team support and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in machine operation and repair.
• Lift Truck Operator license preferred (training available).
• Experience with welding systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Maintenance team to support production first.
• Safely perform maintenance tasks with hand/power tools; welding or metal fabrication preferred.
• Diagnose/repair production welders, torches, saws, and finishing equipment.
• Diagnose/maintain production hoists and overhead doors.
• Operate forklift and aerial lifts safely; rigging preferred.
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance; read manuals/drawings.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping and safety compliance.
