Job summary

Lippert Components, Inc. seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician for our weekend shift to troubleshoot, repair and maintain production equipment across our Indiana facility.

You will work with hand tools, power tools, welders, and conveyors, ensuring uptime and safe operations. Responsibilities include diagnosing issues with welders, presses, ovens, and hoists; reading manuals and drawings; performing preventive maintenance and maintaining 5S standards while collaborating with the maintenance

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience or education in machine operation and repair preferred.
• Welding competency and knowledge of welding systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Request support from other Maintenance Techs and Managers as needed.
• Safely perform maintenance tasks using basic hand and power tools; weld or fabricate as needed.
• Diagnose and repair production welders, torches, saws, and finishing equipment promptly.
• Diagnose/maintain/repair production hoists and conveyor systems.
• Operate forklift and aerial lifts safely; read manuals and drawings.
