Job summary

Reworld Waste, LLC is seeking an entry-level Waste Processing Technician I for the 2nd shift. You will safely off-load inbound trucks, verify counts, and process materials through shredding operations while recording inventory data. The role emphasizes safety, compliance, and basic equipment operation.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is 18+, and is prepared to obtain DOT, OSHA, and HAZWOPER training. Strong communication and detail-oriented work habits are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• 8-hour DOT Certification Training (or ability to complete).
• 10-hour OSHA Training (or ability to complete).
• 8-hour HAZWOPER Training (or ability to complete).
• Must exercise good judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and time management.
• Must be computer proficient and able to operate with Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Off-load inbound trucks and verify container count.
• Load into solidification pit and process material through shredding operations.
• Assign inventory numbers and record relevant data for waste processing.
• Perform general cleaning of facility and grounds.
• Operate equipment such as pressure washers, power tools, forklifts in compliance with policies and OSHA requirements.
