Job summary

Reworld Projects, LLC is hiring a Waste Process Technician I to safely perform essential waste processing tasks. You will off-load inbound trucks, verify container counts, load into the solidification pit, and operate shredding equipment with attention to safety and efficiency.

You will also process inbound materials using inventory software and scanners, de-pack packaging, and keep the facility clean. This is an entry-level role with training in DOT, OSHA, and HAZWOPER required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Possess 8-hour DOT Certification Training (Or ability to complete).
• Possess 10-hour OSHA Training (Or ability to complete).
• Possess 8-hour HAZWOPER Training (Or ability to complete).
• Demonstrate attention to detail and time management.
• Must be computer proficient and able to operate with Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand basic facility permit requirements and support safety/compliance.
• Operate equipment including pressure washers, power tools, forklifts per policies and OSHA.
• Administratively process inbound material/inventory using tracking software and scanners.
• Off-load inbound packages, liquid trucks and containers.
• De-pack materials from packaging and sort for disposal per plan.
• General cleaning of facility and grounds.
• Other duties as assigned.
