You will coach team members, enforce quality standards, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold safety practices. A sign-on bonus is offered; benefits include health and paid time off.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Preferred: 5+ years in a warehouse environment.
• Preferred: at least 1 year in a leadership role within warehousing.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the daily warehouse schedule and coordinate with leads on picking schedules.
• Coach team members to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Inspect materials, products, and equipment for defects; report quality issues.
• Ensure job order packages accompany each delivery to assemblers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
• Manage time control tables and allocations.
• Submit tool, material, safety supply, and facilities requests.
• Provide feedback to management on safety and productivity; participate in meetings and training.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies and import/export regulations.
