Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead - 2nd Shift in Richmond, VA. This role oversees daily warehouse operations, helps ensure on-time delivery of quality products, and collaborates with management to uphold safety and performance standards.

You will schedule work, coach staff, monitor inventory accuracy, inspect materials for defects, and coordinate with leads to meet order demands while adhering to internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation; must live within 50 miles of Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily warehouse schedule and assign work.
• Provide feedback to management to improve productivity and safety.
• Audit inventory and balance systems during order processing.
• Inspect materials and equipment for defects and escalate issues.
• Maintain job order packages for assemblers.
• Contribute to department meetings and training.
