Eaton is hiring for an Assembler Team Lead - 2nd Shift (Klockner) at the Oakleys Ct site in Richmond, VA. The role leads a manufacturing team to ensure on-time delivery of quality products, supports continuous improvement, and maintains safety and productivity standards.

The position offers a $26.00 hourly base pay plus a $2.00 shift differential, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires. Core hours are 3:30pm–12:00am, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Formación

• 2–5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Lean 6S (5S + Safety) experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support Operations Management to meet on-time delivery of quality products.
• Assist operators to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Monitor project progress on the production floor and ensure customer expectations.
• Provide feedback to management to maintain a safe, harmonious, productive work environment.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and presentable.
• Demonstrate and support compliance with safety, attendance and punctuality.
• Maintain Visual Management communications boards.
• Perform periodic 6S audits of plant operations.
• Communicate shift status to Production Management and opposite shift leads.
