Job summary

Eaton in Richmond, VA is seeking a Quality Team Lead for 2nd shift to guide quality production of electrical assemblies. The role leads the quality inspection team, upholds safety, and drives continuous improvement to meet customer and internal specs.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with at least 2 years in quality; preferred electronics/engineering tech degree and ASQ QC cert. Sign-on bonus and shift differential offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a quality function.
• Associate degree in electronics / electrical engineering technology preferred.
• ASQ Quality Technician Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster a zero incident safety culture through adherence to EH&S policies.
• Guide and support the quality inspection team and related processes.
• Facilitate on-time quality performance via inspections, FAI verification and documentation.
• Lead root cause analysis, problem solving and corrective actions.
• Communicate quality alerts to impacted personnel to ensure corrective actions.
