Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehouse-related duties.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• No relocation offered; reside within 50 miles of Richmond, VA; Active-Duty military candidates exempt from area restriction.
• Preferred: 5+ years in warehousing; 1+ year in a leadership role; prior lead/supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist team members to meet quality and productivity standards.
• Provide feedback to management to maintain a harmonious, safe, productive environment.
• Assist with daily warehouse scheduling and assign work to employees.
• Coordinate with leads and management on order-picking schedules to meet demand.
• Audit inventory and ensure accuracy during order processing.
• Maintain timekeeping, review allocations, and ensure compliance with policies.
