Job summary

Jay Group is seeking a Team Lead for our 2nd shift at the Lancaster, PA facility. You will guide a team to meet daily targets, ensure safe operations, and train new hires while coordinating with supervisors.

Key requirements include leadership, strong communication, and experience in warehouse settings. OT may be required, and bilingual Spanish is a plus. The role supports our ecommerce fulfillment and inventory management services.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a team to meet shift goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Experience with warehouse/distribution environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work OT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assign tasks to team members to optimize productivity.
• Monitor team performance and coach underperformers.
• Audit quality of work and provide feedback.
• Assist with documentation, setup, and paperwork.
• Onboard and train new hires.
