Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Previous warehouse experience required; lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Provide direction and guidance to warehouse associates to ensure productivity and accuracy.
• Monitor workflow and assist in prioritizing tasks to meet daily operational goals.
• Pick and verify orders accurately using pick lists or other order fulfillment tools.
• Ensure adherence to inspection processes to maintain product quality.
• Train and mentor new and existing employees on warehouse procedures and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
• Identify and report safety hazards, operational issues, or process improvement opportunities.
