Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in presort/mailroom or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years in a production or mailing environment.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel/Access; Word/Teams/Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production workers on the designated shift.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate, and discipline staff as needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies, laws, and quality standards.
• Monitor quality throughout the production area and drive improvements.
• Support required USPS and internal reports and compliance.
• Communicate key information between shifts clearly and timely.
• Suggest efficiency improvements in equipment use and conditions.
