Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for the Grand Prairie, TX presort facility on 2nd shift. You will organize mail flow, supervise staff, and ensure quality control to meet postal deadlines and drive efficiency.

The role requires 1+ year supervisory and 2+ years in a production/mailing environment, with strong MS Excel/Access skills, lifting up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year supervisory experience in a setting with USPS familiarity.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in a production or mailing environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or MS Access with basic MS Word, internet and email skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize mail flow on the production floor by assigning workers and assessing volumes to meet postal deadlines.
• Oversee production workers on the designated shift and handle interviewing, hiring, training, and performance appraisal.
• Ensure quality control throughout the production area and follow Total Quality Management processes.
