Job summary

Pitney Bowes is seeking a Warehouse Production Supervisor for the Presort Services facility in Charlotte, NC. The position covers a 2nd shift from 5:00 PM to 1:15 AM EST, Monday through Friday, with a salary range of $56,000 to $70,000 and a 6% annual field bonus potential.

You will lead a team to meet productivity standards and support discount-driven postage services while ensuring compliance with USPS regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience in a production/mailing environment or related field.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible experience in a production or mailing industry environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and/or MS Access; basic knowledge of MS Word, internet and email.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production workers on designated shift; interview, hire, train, appraise performance; reward and discipline as needed.
• Oversee quality functions and ensure Total Quality Management processes are followed.
• Assist in completing required USPS and internal reports and job costing; ensure clear communication between shifts.
