Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager on 2nd shift in Romeoville, IL. You will supervise shift staff, manage performance reviews, and ensure timely, accurate data entry and payroll processing while upholding safety standards per OSHA and RJW policies.

The role requires 3–5 years in co-pack and 2+ years in a warehouse, plus experience with Synapse WMS and MS Office. Reporting to the Co-Pack/Retail Fulfillment Manager, you’ll lead operations on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years related co-pack experience.
• 2+ years warehouse environment experience.
• Experience using WMS software (Synapse preferred).
• PC literate with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Access.

Responsibilities

• Assign work to warehouse staff and monitor performance.
• Ensure shipments meet customer specifications and train staff on changes.
• Maintain shift timesheets and payroll data.
• Enforce safety per OSHA and RJW policies.
• Coordinate equipment checks and corrective actions as needed.
