Job summary

Roses Discount Stor is seeking a Henderson-based Tall Lift Supervisor for 2nd shift at the Distribution Center. The role reports to the Distribution Center leadership and requires on-site work at Henderson, NC.

The supervisor will manage receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations, ensure efficient space utilization, enforce policies, and coach a team toward high performance. Compliance with safety and regulatory standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor.
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Setup layout and optimize space utilization.
• Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
• Adhere to warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies.
• Plan work routes, assign tasks and appraise results.
• Coach and motivate employees.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly.
• Receive feedback and monitor service quality.
