Ashley Furniture is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Distribution for the Advance, NC site. The role leads a diverse team on the 2nd shift (Tue–Sat, 5:00pm–3:30am), overseeing staffing, workflow, and safety programs to keep distribution moving efficiently on the floor.

We seek a motivated leader with logistics or warehouse experience, strong planning and people development skills, and a drive to improve performance through metrics and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 1+ years in a leadership role within operations, logistics, or supply chain.
• Experience in distribution or warehouse environments is a major plus.
• Strong planning, organizational, and team development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and coach a diverse team of frontline associates.
• Own the floor and drive daily operations with staffing and workflow.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset and ensure protocols are followed.
• Track key metrics, analyze performance, and turn insights into action.
• Foster clear communication between leadership and the floor.
