Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day receiving, picking, and loading operations at a distribution facility. You will supervise administrative staff, ensure timely order processing, and uphold stock rotation and safety standards.

You will coordinate with the Warehouse Manager on planning, use the warehouse system to maximize productivity, and ensure accurate paperwork and compliance with health and safety programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related experience is required.
• Associate degree in business management, logistics, or related area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staffing, including hiring, scheduling and training.
• Ensures accurate order pulling and proper stop sequence for deliveries.
• Maintains stock rotation and FIFO procedures.
• Monitors health and safety, and ensures policy compliance.
• Collaborates with Warehouse Manager on pick planning and productivity.
• Operates the warehouse management system and supports process improvements.
