Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling, training, and evaluating performance.
• Ensures timely, accurate order pulling and proper stop sequencing on trucks.
• Ensures stock rotation using first-in/first-out procedures.
• Demonstrates strong service quality and ensures staff understand roles in meeting customer expectations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes warehouse management systems and tech to maximize productivity and analyze performance.
• Assists with building security and safe operation of materials handling.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
