Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in The Dalles, OR is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead a daily warehouse team and drive high-performance results. The role emphasizes coaching, scheduling, and maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with leadership, plan workloads, monitor service levels, and implement continuous improvement initiatives while working a 1st shift Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program and quality policy.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean environment.
