Job summary

VF Corporation in Danville, VA is seeking a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor to oversee replenishment, picking, and VAS across our Danville Distribution Center. The role requires hands-on supervision of inventory control activities and safe operation of warehouse equipment.

You will lead a team to ensure accurate inventory records, coordinate with shipping and receiving, and drive daily operational goals within a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related warehouse experience or equivalent training.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to accurately count, verify, and reconcile inventory.
• Careful scanning and data entry to prevent system errors.
• Understanding inbound, outbound, and replenishment processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accurate and timely operations of replenishment, picking, trouble resolution and Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other equipment.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts, investigations of discrepancies.
• Record inventory movements using a Warehouse Management System or handheld devices.
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to support daily goals.
