Qualifications

• 2+ years of equivalent warehouse experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Ability to accurately count, verify, and reconcile inventory.
• Careful scanning and data entry to prevent system errors.
• Familiarity with cycle counting and physical inventory processes.
• Understanding inbound, outbound, and replenishment activities.
• Knowledge of inventory locations, bin systems, and material flow.
• Awareness of lot control, expiration, damages.

Responsibilities

• Supervise replenishment, picking, and Value-Added Services (VAS).
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, or other equipment.
• Record inventory movements using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or handheld scanners.
• Verify quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and locations for accuracy.
• Support inbound/outbound by staging, replenishing, and relocating inventory.
• Identify, report, and assist in resolving variances, damaged goods, or mislocated product.
• Maintain documentation and comply with inventory control procedures and audit requirements.
• Follow safety guidelines, OSHA standards, and company policies.
• Assist with housekeeping and organization of inventory storage areas.
• Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to meet daily goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
