Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Warehouse Associate to assist with packing and shipping, organize inventory, and ensure accuracy in orders. You will lift, move, and transport products while following safety guidelines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires good communication and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with opportunities for overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing and packing products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customer specifications.
• Provide aid in transporting customer products by utilizing correct lifting methods to prevent injuries.
• Help to organize inventory within the shipping area, ensuring proper stock levels.
• Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies, reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure efficient shipping processes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Demonstrate MITER Brands Guiding Principles in all business interactions.
• Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software programs.
• Great interpersonal skills are essential to operate in and maintain a team environment.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent.

0-1 year of previous experience in manufacturing preferred.
