Job summary

Technica LLC is seeking Warehouse Specialists to support the DLA Red River Army Depot in New Boston, TX. Second shift runs Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm. Responsibilities include warehouse duties, material verification, routing, storage, inventory, and shipment preparation.

Required are a Secret clearance, CAC, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort with standing or walking for long periods. Prior experience with MHE and SOPs is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and CAC.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work in environments exposed to hot and cold.
• Have the ability to learn and operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• At least one year of experience with Supply Management operation systems.
• Prior knowledge and experience with Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing duties following the establishment's storage plan.
• Verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies or damages.
• Route materials to prescribed storage locations and manage storage, stacking, or palletizing.
• Take inventory, rearrange stored materials, and report deterioration.
• Prepare materials for shipment and operate hand or power trucks as needed.
