Job summary

Technica LLC is seeking Warehouse Supervisors for 3rd shift to support DLA New Cumberland. Responsibilities include verifying materials against receiving docs, routing to storage, inventory management, and directing staff using forklifts and other equipment.

The role requires NACI clearance eligibility, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work in variable temperatures. Must be able to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and coordinate with supervisors on workload projections.

Qualifications

• NACI clearance required or able to obtain CAC
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in environments with hot and cold conditions
• Knowledge of operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts

Responsibilities

• Verify materials against receiving documents and report discrepancies
• Route materials to prescribed storage locations and palletize/store as required
• Oversee storage, distribution, and inventory of materials
• Direct warehouse staff using automated and manual equipment
• Plan workload, staffing, and resource use based on projections
• Ensure work is performed efficiently and per contract terms
