Job summary

Technica LLC is seeking Warehouse Specialists to support the DLA Red River Army Depot on 2nd shift, Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm. You will perform warehousing duties, verify materials against documents, route and store materials, conduct inventories, inspect for damage, and prepare items for shipment.

The role requires ability to obtain secret clearance and CAC, lifting up to 50 lbs, and proficiency with material handling equipment including forklifts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and CAC.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in environments exposed to heat and cold.
• Learn and operate MHE including stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• At least 1 year of experience with supply management systems.
• Familiar with SOPs and Safety Procedures.

• Perform a variety of warehousing duties requiring an understanding of the establishment's storage plan
• Verifying materials (or merchandise) against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages
• Routing materials to prescribed storage locations
• Storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods
• Rearranging and taking inventory of stored materials
• Examining stored materials and reporting deterioration and damage
• Removing material from storage and preparing it for shipment.
• May operate hand or power trucks while performing warehousing duties.

Basic Requirements:

• Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance and a Common Access Card (CAC)
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift up 50 lbs
• Must be able to work in environment exposed to the elements, both hot and cold.
• Have the ability to learn and operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) of various types to Include stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• At least one-year experience with Supply Management operation systems.
• Prior knowledge and experience with Standard Operating Procedures and Safety Procedures
