Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate (2nd Shift) in Baltimore to support outbound and inbound activities. You will pick, pack, and ship orders, operating forklifts and other equipment, while following SOPs and ensuring quality and safety.

Cross-training across warehouse areas is expected and inventory checks are routine. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to work overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the shift.
• Comfort working at heights 20-30 feet regularly.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; overtime as needed.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred; RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: pick, quality check, sort, pack for shipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and drive as required.
• Use WMS to check in/out products and maintain inventory.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and assist with projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report concerns.
