Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Associate II responsible for inbound/outbound activities in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, operate material handling equipment, and use the Warehouse Management System to manage inventory and shipping.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity while supporting team operations. Candidates should be able to work overtime to complete daily tasks and be comfortable with standard warehouse duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
• Experience with RF scanners and PITs is highly preferred.
• WMS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders, pick, QC checks, sort, consolidate, palletize, pack and ship orders.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects as needed.
• Utilize WMS to check in/out products and operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; follow OSHA standards and company policies.
