Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate II to assist with inbound/outbound activities, following SOPs and safety standards. You will pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment, using RF scanners and WMS.

The role requires adaptability, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. First shift hours and overtime may apply; Cardinal Health offers comprehensive benefits and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Overtime availability with little notice.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
• Proficient with Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, packing and shipment preparation.
• Pick large and small items and place on designated cart.
• Cross-train across warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Store refrigerated products following regulations.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks; maintain a safe work environment.
• Communicate concerns to management.
