Job summary

Cardinal Health is hiring for a Warehouse Operations role on the 2nd shift. You will handle inbound/outbound activities, pick, pack, and ship orders, and operate equipment to move materials within a distribution setting.

The position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and efficient product flow from receipt to shipment. Overtime is expected; strong attention to SOPs and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift.
• RF scanner and/or voice-pick experience highly preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no notice.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders including picking, quality checks, sorting, packing, and loading.
• Pick large cases or small items and place on cart.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas and participate in projects.
• Use WMS to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain clean, safe workplace and adhere to safety policies.
