Cardinal Health in Columbus, OH is hiring a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm). The role supports inbound and outbound activities, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, safe handling, and inventory control in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate with little to no warehouse experience welcome.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights 20-30 ft.
• Able to stand for the full shift and reach/bend.
• Strong English reading and writing skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Willing to work overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Follow established processes to fulfill orders accurately.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks.
• Certify to operate material handling equipment as required.
• Work with equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, and pallet jacks.
