Job summary

RRD is seeking a Warehouse Associate for the 2nd shift in Indiana. This role assists with filling and packaging orders, maintains warehouse inventory, and supports training and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, loading/unloading, and operating warehouse management software to ensure on-time shipping. The position emphasizes safe handling, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and cross-functional training.

Qualifications

• Reads and interprets job specifications and selects correct parts for orders.
• Clear oral and written communication to explain procedures.
• Basic arithmetic for stock quantities and packing calculations.

Responsibilities

• Pack and/or package a variety of printed materials according to procedures.
• Assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping.
• Operate computers and warehouse management software.
• Label packages and ensure accurate shipping information.
• Move items on pallets and ensure proper storage and handling.
