Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor-Cooler/Freezer for the Scranton area. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, lead a team of associates, and ensure accurate inventory handling in a cold environment from 1 PM onward.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Detail oriented with focus on accurate inventory handling and safety.
• Experience leading warehouse operations and training staff.
• Knowledge of FIFO and inventory control in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with WMS and warehouse software systems.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking and shipping.
• Hires, schedules, trains, coaches, and mentors staff on duties and performance.
• Ensures timely and accurate order pulling and proper load sequencing on trucks.
• Maintains FIFO stock rotation and proper stocking of received goods.
• Models safety and quality standards to protect team and operations.
• Coordinates pick planning with Warehouse Manager and uses WMS tools.
