Job summary

Core-Mark International in Pittsburgh is seeking a Warehouse Worker to support shipping and receiving in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will operate day shift starting at 6:00am, Monday to Friday, with overtime as needed and an hourly rate discussed in interview.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Availability for scheduled times and required overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly during shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 pounds and up to 60–90 pounds depending on location.
• Work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Performs general warehouse duties including forklift put-away, let-downs, will-call selection, returns, sanitation, pallet wrapping, order selection, loading and receiving.
• Keeps warehouse area clean and safe; reports unsafe conditions immediately.
• Performs daily safety checks of forklift/pallet jack.
• Performs damage checks on items received and notifies supervisor as required.
• Replaces batteries and completes vehicle inspection checklist.
• Reviews work schedule and production paperwork and prepares for operations.
• Wears all required PPE and safety gear.
• Meets productivity and accuracy standards; secures equipment and completes paperwork.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
