CTDI in Colorado is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift to coordinate and supervise production workers, meet targets, maintain quality, and drive P&L results in a high-volume warehouse setting. The role ensures safety, efficiency, and timely communication across shifts.

Based in Aurora, CO, this position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and meeting customer SLAs. Weekly pay plus benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience, materials/distribution environment is preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervises workers that operate production machinery, assemble items, perform quality control, or package goods for shipment.
• Schedule and assign tasks to workers, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for meeting or surpassing daily KPIs, with accurate reporting that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
• Deliver clear and concise information during shift transition meetings, ensuring the next shift is prepared for success.
• Provide first level of support for any escalated issue during work shift.
• Maintain consistent production quality by monitoring departmental performance metrics.
