Ingram Micro Inc. seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, drive performance, and uphold world-class safety, quality, and productivity standards.

You will oversee a team across receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and reverse logistics in a fast-paced distribution setting. The role emphasizes coaching, process improvements, and inventory accuracy, with a focus on accountability and teamwork.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or related operations.
• 1 year supervisory/lead experience.
• Experience managing warehouse workflows (shipping, receiving, inventory).
• Working knowledge of WMS.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Proven ability to motivate and develop frontline staff.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals.
• Foster a safe, high-performance culture focused on safety, quality, productivity, and engagement.
• Conduct performance coaching, training, and development of team members.
• Serve as primary escalation point for operational and employee issues.
• Supervise daily warehouse activities (receiving, shipping, inventory control, material handling, storage, order fulfillment, reverse logistics, asset refurbishment).
• Ensure orders and technology assets are received, processed, stored, picked, packed, tested, and shipped per standards.
• Coordinate workload and staffing priorities to meet production schedules and customer requirements.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Monitor metrics: productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, throughput.
• Identify and implement process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Promote OSHA-compliant safety practices and maintain a safe work environment.
