Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm)

Purpose

This position involves performing various warehouse responsibilities such as pulling and checking customer orders, moving materials, loading and unloading shipments, and general material handling. Operates necessary equipment to store and move products throughout the warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Perform material movement tasks for order filling, receiving, and loading.
• Safely operate equipment like crown trucks, Raymond side-loaders, overhead cranes, and forklifts to move materials.
• Follow customer requirements to select, fill, and package orders.
• Attach bundle tags to shipped materials and stage for shipment.
• Work under instructions and pre-established guidelines.
• Report equipment defects or excessive wear.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications

• Basic measurement and math skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions

• Manual dexterity, standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching.
• Push/pull and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to industrial equipment and power tools.
• Use of PPE as trained.
