Job Opening: Warehouse Associate - 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM

Purpose:

This role involves various warehouse responsibilities such as pulling and checking customer orders, moving materials, loading/unloading shipments, and general material handling. You will operate equipment to store and move products efficiently throughout the warehouse.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks efficiently.
• Perform material movement tasks for order fulfillment, receiving, and loading.
• Operate power equipment safely (crown truck, Raymond side-loader, overhead crane, forklift, etc.).
• Follow customer requirements for order selection, filling, and packaging.
• Attach bundle tags to shipped materials and stage for shipment.
• Follow instructions and established guidelines to perform job functions.
• Work under immediate supervision.
• Report equipment defects or excessive wear; perform setup and preventative maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic measurement and math skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Manual dexterity and physical activity including standing, walking, stooping, bending, reaching, and pushing/pulling.
• Light (up to 25 lbs) and heavy (up to 50 lbs) lifting.
• Exposure to industrial equipment, machinery, and power tools.
• Operation of motor vehicles or heavy equipment.
• Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as trained.
