TSI’s service area includes northern Illinois, eastern Iowa, and the U.P. of Michigan, with distribution centers in Madison and Green Bay.

Job Summary:

Perform warehouse duties efficiently, effectively, safely, and in a timely manner. Report to the Warehouse Foreman, transport products with a straight truck, and load/unload trucks.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Be punctual, cooperative, dependable, and able to follow directions.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring positive customer experiences.
• Drive straight truck or van for local or out-of-town deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of vehicles, trailers, and warehouse.
• Stock shelves, select orders, and load trucks manually and using a forklift.
• Package and ship items via UPS.
• Assist with receiving, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy in collaboration with sales.
• Maintain a flexible, cooperative, positive, and team-oriented attitude across departments.
• Develop and maintain accurate records, files, and databases for assigned responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating openness and willingness.

Education and Experience:

• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required and maintained.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Self-starter capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, scanners, and PCs.
• Work collaboratively in a safe manner as part of a team.
