Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 1:00pm - 11:30pm) to lead daily warehouse operations and a coaching-oriented team environment. You will ensure efficiency, schedule planning, and ongoing improvement while upholding quality standards.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility to work overtime including weekends. A logistics-related degree and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in AS9100 or ISO environments and in Warehousing/3PL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations and productivity.
• Prepare schedules and supervise the team with coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to company quality policy and GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments; drive continuous improvement.
