Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Marana, AZ seeks a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 pm - 12:00 am). You will oversee daily warehouse operations, supervise and coach a team, and ensure high quality service while adhering to GXO policies.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime and weekends. A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field and prior supervisory experience are preferred.

• Experience with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.

• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
