Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations in New Jersey to lead day-to-day warehouse operations on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 2:30pm–11:30pm).

You will supervise a team, coach performance, and ensure on-time, accurate order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean environment.
