Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm) to lead daily warehouse operations in Florida. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, familiarity with MS Office and scanner technology, and a willingness to work overtime as needed.

A Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred. You will oversee a team, ensure quality service, and maintain GXO standards including safety and 7S practices,

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends when needed

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
