Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive, home to Tom’s of Maine, is hiring a Material Handler in Sanford, Maine on a 2nd shift (3pm–11:30pm). You will move and manage materials, support safety, quality, and productivity targets, and work closely with the warehouse team to meet production and shipping needs.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of warehouse experience; familiarity with SAP/WMS is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse/manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Material movement including receiving, staging, put-away, shipping, and inventory control.
• Operate powered lifts and ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
• Use SAP/WMS transactions and perform cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse.
