Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Materials Handler in Hodges, SC to support production materials flow and warehouse operations. You will manage SAP/RF transactions, move materials with a forklift, and maintain clean, safe work areas across Liquids and UAP production lines.

Responsibilities include following GMP, safety standards, and quality guidelines, while ensuring accurate inventory, cycle counts, and timely material deliveries to production stations. OT and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must be able to work any shift, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Proficient with computers and data processing.
• Attention to detail, work standards, initiative, and managing workload expected.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and climb stairs/ladders repeatedly.
• Able to operate a forklift and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety, GMP, and FDA requirements.
• Load/unload materials, parts, and finished goods manually or with equipment.
• Transfer and store materials using forklift equipment.
• Process SAP and RF transactions for receiving, transferring, and shipping materials.
• Deliver production items to designated work areas and document movements in SAP.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and housekeeping tasks.
• Support startup, changeovers, and operation of equipment.
• Assist with packing, rework, and quality communications with teams.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of materials.
