Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive Company in Sanford, ME is seeking a Team Leader to drive autonomous maintenance and supervise Technicians across 1st and 3rd shifts. You will coach staff, coordinate training, and pursue operational excellence while supporting safety and quality initiatives.

You will manage daily production activities, ensure accurate SAP data, and lead material flow and inventory control. A BS degree and leadership experience are required, with SAP/FP&R skills highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s of Science degree required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of SAP, FP&R standards, and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Technicians on the floor with real-time feedback.
• Drive Autonomous Maintenance (AM) program and improve asset performance.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, and quality standards.
• Manage daily production flow, schedules, and labor coordination.
• Lead inventory counts, data integrity in SAP, and financial close activities.
